Reach a Healthy Weight and Fight Obesity

Reaching and maintaining a healthy weight is important for everybody to help prevent and control many health problems. ·          In most cases, overeating is caused by negative emotions. You are eating because you are bored or you finish a jar of ice cream to relieve your stress. Try to have an alternative way that is not connected to eating when you are in tough times.
